Good evening guys I was having the same issue what you need to is go onto your emails and find the link with the live teams session and just watch some of it then go back to the learning page 

That's not worked for me, how much did you have to watch? I've also previously watched the full video 

This seemed to work for me. This flow of the course and problems like this and links not working and multiple log ins , make this and other FA courses the most unintuitive courses I've come across. This is a shocking workaround and must waste so much time for participants and whoever runs the FA learning support desk. I wasted so much time today on this
