As you can see from the link provided, content which the site states should have been accessible on the 1st of the month is still not accessible to me.

This might be bad, but what compounds the problem is that there is nobody I can turn to resolve this issues and issues like it. As stated, this content should've unlocked on the first. At the time of writing, It's the 9th. This isn't acceptable.
