Hi, I have tuned in to the 3 web seminars completed week 1 and 2 modules. Watched the 3rd seminar live then attempted to “jump back in” and complete week 3 module and assement and got the message “It doesn’t look like you’ve enrolled onto this course yet - follow the instructions you have been provided with to do so.” when I click continue it takes me to my learning page and all previous learnings from week 1 and 2 are gone. Any advice? I have emailed support but heard they are very slow at responding
