Hi All,

I Have a hard of hearing player on my team of under 9 girls,

I am looking for tips to better communicate with her while on the 7 aside pitch from the side lines.

This is to help her during the game knowing where she needs to be or as a manager knowing where I need her to be and also letting her know if she has time so she doesn't rush a shot.
