Week 1 - I2CF

Just tried going into the module 'Online learning - Engaging players' but I keep getting the following message: 'Not available unless: You are a member of the Audience: I2CF - Course intro completed' although I've watched the video four times in the introduction to the module.

I'm getting the same issue trying to open the week two modules, saying I need to complete intro and engagement, which I have done. I've sent an email to education@thefa.com to see if I can get any help!

Hey Esme, mine eventually worked. I gave it an hour or two and went back to it & it let me open up the modules so that I could finish up to week 3 and wait for the last assessment to open. Just keep going back & check. Hope this helps.

I had the same issue, I found the problem was that i was trying to access it using a works laptop, presumably causing restrictions. I managed to access the courses via my phone and personal laptop. Hope this helps
