I am having similar challenge, anyone who can rectify this should share tips please 

 I am the same. I loved the online course with great educators but this portal is terrible! Videos wont open and I cant get any further like you. I managed to get into the community but dont know now how to continue the course.

I am having the same, very frustrating!

Same for me. I have done the course intro; 100% and week one, 100% - but on week two it says the interactive module is not available until I have done the course intro and engage sessions. Very frustrating.
