My introduction to Coaching isn't letting me do my week three interactive module it says "Not available unless: You are a member of the Audience: Completed Intro,EP and LAF". But all other modules are showing up as 100% completed, any advice

Trying to complete my introduction to Coaching course at the moment, but it isn't letting me do my week three interactive module of Matchday as " it says "Not available unless: You are a member of the Audience: Completed Intro,EP and LAF". But all other modules are showing up as 100% completed, any advice on how to continue?

I had the same issue, I sent the link of that page to my phone and this worked, once I had viewed the video I could then complete the rest online. I used an Iphone 13 - seems even after sorting my Imac pop up blocker the phone was the only way I could get this working. Good Luck
