Trying to complete my introduction to Coaching course at the moment, but it isn't letting me do my week three interactive module of Matchday as " it says "Not available unless: You are a member of the Audience: Completed Intro,EP and LAF". But all other modules are showing up as 100% completed, any advice on how to continue?
Try to refresh then wait for at least 1 hour
I'm getting this error on the week 4 assessment and it's been many days since I completed the week 3 module. Any other ideas on how I can continue?
Even me, it's week 4, and my weak one says no criteria.
i am having the same issue, how can you complete the course if you can't connect to the module, it's been 2 weeks now and i still can't move forward

Hi All, I figured it out, I had missed some pop up pictures that you need to read and click on! I went back so it completed the EP. LAF. all was fine after that..
Same issues. This is one of the worst websites I have ever used. If I had any hair I would have pulled it all out by now.
Hi All, comforting to read many are having the same issues and I have been unable to access any of the modules after just completing week 3 webinar last Saturday.
Also so frustrating there seems no way to contact a human....only help is preset questions!

It may appear the site is lagging a bit. I'm slowly getting further. Its taken a while to update.
it is really annoying but somehow when i viewed it on my phone it worked but not on my PC, i'm not very good a tech but something about allowing pops from the FA site was mentioned , i just kept checking every other day and suddenly it appeared, they say in the webinar contact us for help and i did that and got nothing back at all
hope it sorts itself out for you all soon, sorry i couldn't give you guys a more positive answer though
I changed my PC browser to Chrome and now seems to have kicked into life and I am able to access all modules.
Hoping that was the issue!
