I'm having the same issue. Is this a wide problem? Says I can't access it until I have completed the last module... but I have completed it but it still says 0%. If I click on it, I can see all my answers still locked in. 

I have just sent an email with screenshots etc to education@thefa.com

I will see what they come back with

if you click on the arrow in the house in the top right corner it exits the module and updates your progress. I got this wrong a few times until i stumbled on the answer. Hope that helps
