Hi Nicola, there are quite a few resources in the Leagues & Clubs Club House group that will be helpful for you. There are club consultants on that page too so you can pop a question in one of the forums over there and they'll be able to point you in the right direction :)

Hope this all helps and I would also recommend reaching out to your Local County FA as they should have a dedicated women and girls officer who will be able to support you with your ambitions.
Hi Nicola, your local County FA may have an Equal Game workshop for you to attend which will give you lots of support on how to do exactly this. They may also have an Equal Game Ambassador whose role is to support clubs on a 1-1 basis in addition to the workshop.
