How do i access the modules?

I’ve had the exact same problem. Module 2 showing as 50% complete but I’ve done everything asked, not sure what to do about it either

 Hi, I have completed this module several times and it keeps saying that it is incomplete - how do I get it to credit me with completion? There is a module marked “incomplete“ in my transcript of records, what does that mean?
