Trying to register interest on UEFA C

Hi! I'm trying to register my interest in the UEFA C course. Whilst the website says applications open 4th July (today) there's still no button or option to register my interest?

Hi Robert, hope you're well. Apologies for the delay here, just chased this up and have been told the register your interest form for the UEFA C Licence is currently closed. But if you'd like to apply for the UEFA C Licence, you can apply via our website: https://learn.englandfootball.com/courses/football/uefa-c-licence

The deadline for applying is Friday 28 July 2023.
