Hello. How do people go about working out game time in tournaments so it’s fair?

I have 7 children playing 4 x 12 min matches. Each half is 6 mins so I can’t really sub after a couple of mins.

I have 3 keepers, main one will play 2 games the others 1 each.

Everyone will play at least 1 full match but I currently have 3 playing 6 halves each, 1 playing 7 and the remaining 3 playing 5.

I just can’t seem to make it 100% fair

Hi Phil the only way i could see you doing this is to give everyone 6.5 minutes which covers every player over the 4 games so sounds like i/2 a game over the four i guess

Thanks Steven, yeah that’s the maths I had but the they have half times so 6 min halves so has some practical challenges.
