Same issue for me as well, has there been any feedback so this has been resolved, also I was meant to receive an email with a link to follow... you guessed it, no email. Shat on earth is going on, and how on earth are we meant to pass something you can't even get to.

This has been going on for over 2 weeks now and you don’t get a response so can’t complete course give it till end of week then give up nobody replying 

No I’ve not had any response they keep messaging to say do the second webinar but can’t get past the first seems but of a scam to me nobody ever gets back to you they don’t respond to the fault crazy it’s not monitored in my opinion 

No response unfortunately. It’s irritating because they keep going on about the community in the webinars

I agree David I’ve tried everything and no response I don’t think anything is monitored and certainly nobody replies to emails

No nothing, given up now to be honest 

No not at all and it’s suppose to be last week of course and stuck on community pags on first week.

I'm still waiting for a response from their support team. I'll let you all know if it gets resolved and how.

I've heard back from the FA - it's a known issue:

"We have identified an issue with The FA Community Page - the issue with learners being unable to log into the community. We’re currently working with the supplier of the platform to look into what’s causing it, including new deployment and testing.  It’s ongoing at the moment, and we have no further updates with the on-going issue at this time."
