Yes i have spoken to education services and was told to wait 5 days, but it has been 5 days since i first raised the issue and i am still getting the error1 message... I have emailed again today so hopefully i will get a response soon. 

That link isn't working for me, it says 'The item you attempted to interact with cannot be found'

I wonder if you can help me? i still haven't heard anything back from FA education about the ERROR1 message on my account, i have sent lots of emails but not getting any response. It has been a week now since i first raised the issue, my second webinar is today and i would really like to attend it.
