i would appreciate any help on this one. I am from Poland and i have a simple plan, to win Champions League. I am currently working in my country in academy and lower league senior football. I have UEFA B badge. II know that football here is like one step (or two) behind England, so i want to learn and grow in England. My question is:

What do i need to do to get a job in English football as a Polish coach?

What do i need to do to work in England football?

My goal for next year (or two) is to make a living from football entirely, living in England, so i can maximize my learning process and experience.
I am willing to get there and work for free for some time to prove my value.
