How do you follow up on an international clearance application. A player recently returned from the US, after playing there for 2 years. On returning, we applied for international clearance; this was back in the middle of Jan 23. To date, no clearance has been granted and no provisional clearance has been issued. The registrations team have not replied to emails and have no contact number. Any guidance would be greatly welcome. Many thanks
