Hi all, 

Please can anyone from the FA help with this ASAP? I have logged on to my Learner Dashboard today, to complete my final assessment for the I2CF course, but to my surprise all my past and current courses, as well as my certificates, have completely gone from my account. This means I cannot finish my course, and I have no idea how to fix it. Also, it means my record of completed courses and certificates is gone. I need my account to be restored to how it was yesterday (when I last logged in). 

A quick response on this would be greatly appreciated, as I was set to complete my I2CF course tomorrow (Wednesday 22nd Feb). 

Let me know if any other information is required.
