No links via email

I hadn’t received my links via email for tonight’s webinar and thought i would be able to get to it via the course page but i cant. Has anyone else had this problem?

I sent a help form to the FA but only had an acknowledgement and no actual reply. I can see other webinars on the webpage but not the one I should have attended. Do i just pick another previous one…
