Is there a particular area or topic you are wanting to look at?

I would suggest looking at the bootroom article section - https://thebootroom.thefa.com/resources/sessions

If you go on there and search through the articles using terms such as 'What is [topic] in football' and 'How to coach [topic] in football' you should find some useful info.These articles cover the how and the why in a bit more detail than sessions. They may also come under titles such as "The big six..." and "Spotlight on..."

Thanks for the reply, not looking for a particular topic as such, just looking to improve my overall knowledge to better help my players to ensure I'm giving correct information
