Thanks, I think another start point is the online component of the referee course. I assumed it would be alongside the boot room training but the referee stuff is in a different place on the site https://www.englandfootball.com/run/referees

im surprised that isn’t a mandatory part of the level 1, most grassroots managers have to ref or have their assistants do it.
