Can I please ask who I can contact to receive a refund to the course that was not carried out on Sunday 2nd July, I have raised an email on Monday and have still not had a reply, I have also contacted the Essex FA and they advised they will pass on the compliant yet there has still been no contact. I understand this is not the best way to reach out but you are giving me little choice as to get my refund.

Bottom line is the NFC was booked for Ilford Essex and 25 candidates turned p but no tutor, on making a number of calls the tutor advised he was actually in Surrey over an hour plus drive away. The course was booked for ilford Essex and all email confirmation states this, therefore you have failed to provide the course and I now want a full refund.
