Hi Matthew. I started off with just an U10 age group who are now at U16. I just slowly progressed as confidence grew to then bring in another age group. Your sessions will be adapted to the age you are coaching and often I will plan a single session which I can use for every age group we have.

Possibly look at and U8, 10, 12, 14, 16 rather than each specific age, but if you have the capacity at each age group then thats great.

Equipment wise. obviously futsal balls size 3 upto u13, size 4 beyond. flat cones often work better than on a sports hall surface. recommend bazooka goals. ive tried several other brands and they dont come close. whiteboard is always handy with magnets to give players the visual element.
