u6 to -12 personal development

Greetings everyone. I live in a country that doesn't prioritize developing footballers and constantly transfers older players from Europe to save the day. I have a small football academy with 15-20 students, and our enrollment is growing every week. The chaotic football environment in my country, with fanaticism, hooliganism, betting, politics, and the divisive language of football, is worsening daily. My students are also affected by this, as we are a country that thrives on football. I want to protect my students at the academy, especially the U6-U12 age groups, and teach them that football is just a game and that it's positive for their families, at least until they reach the age of 12. Dear teachers, what advice do you have?
