Introduction to Coaching course launched yesterday (16/4)

Hi all,

I enrolled onto this course yesterday morning, the first one date 02/07 and am struggling to confirm whether my booking went through properly. The payment is pending on my card payment but I didn't see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email. There is also nothing re. this course in my learning, on the dashboard or in the 'my upcoming bookings' tab.

For anyone else, is this your experience after booking this course? I would have expected some kind of confirmation/acknowledgement after paying for a course and enrolling.

Hi I booked same date but after payment went through it said date was fully booked so I'm not sure what happens next but I did get an email to say I've booked and the coarse modules are showing in my dashboard

Just don't know when I'm doing it

Thank you for the reply. The payment has definitely been taken from my card but I’ve checked again & no modules are showing. So frustrating there is no one to speak to. I have no idea whether I should book another course or not.

Update - I got a response from the FA Education team this evening confirming that I am on the course. Just in case anyone else has the same issue, they said that I should have received a confirmation email & that I will receive further course instructions/how to access the Webinars on 28/6. Still a little confused as to how other people are seeing modules but I will keep my fingers crossed for the 28th.
