Hi,

We are one of two U10 teams generally in the lower tiers of games. One of the challenges we are currently facing is that we have a team with mixed ability and engagement. We're starting to get a sense of frustration amongst some of the more engaged players when we lose games or basic mistakes are made by the less capable players. Don't get me wrong, the "less capable players" are developing but not as fast as others or have a different starting point.

From day one, we've tried to create a fun and inclusive environment for all the players, tried to make it not about winning, but having fun and just showing improvement no mater the level, but some of the player's moral is being hit by the losses, where it's obvious to them some players are contributing a lot more than others.

Any recommendations on how to approach this with the players ?
