Balanced game time U11's team

Has anyone got any advice about providing balanced game time? I am currently coaching an U11 side, if we have a full turnout for a game we have upto 5 game changers (subs). I know this is a tough question without knowing our players. But anyone advice is much appreciated, we are playing 9 a side and the games are 1 hour duration.

    Hi Alex,

    I have a similar dilemma. I have just taken on a newly formed under 11 girls team. I have at least 12 in my squad but can only take 11 to game days so if everyone is available someone misses out completely every week and then I have 4 subs for 7v7. I'd also be grateful on tips to manage equal playing time, especially in the beginning whilst I am getting to know the girls and where they like to play etc.

    Will keep an eye on the responses you get!
