Hi. 

I think it just resolved itself after a few hours. The only thing I did do whilst trying to sort it out was rewatch  the falling in love with football video. At the end of that it offered a few other videos, that seemed optional, about what's app groups etc. Not sure if it was that or just waiting.

I've just manage to launch it. You need to pass the pre-course questionnaire first.

Same here Benjamin, the error I get is "Not available unless: You are a member of the Audience: I2CF - Course intro completed". 


The course intro shows 100% complete so think I will let the system just settle down and try again later. I must have watched the videos and other activities at least 5 times now to try and get it to unlock!

I've just logged out, closed all browser windows and logged back in and this seems to have done the trick for me. 

Good to know for the future modules and hopefully might help others. 

I'm having the same problem, just completed the first webinar session tonight, have completed both thew questionairres and watched the course intro and cannot get it to unlock

I’ve tried everything suggested and my module is still stuck, I’ve emailed education fa , and still it won’t let me progress…I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong .. this is module week 2 and I’m on week 4 .

Hello, I have completed all of the 3 weeks webinars of the Introduction to Foorball coaching course including the Safeguarding and first aid and the webinars. Received emeial confirmation of the e-learning being unlocked and I can not seem to be able to access any e-learning after my first one. I have submitted a tocket and no response. It is so fraustrating. Can anyone help?

Hi Chiara, I am in exactly the same situation - attended all of the webinars but can't access any of the e-learning modules. If anyone gets back to you then please let me know!
