Hi I’m booked on the intro to coaching course with the first webinar 2nd Aug 2024.

The course introduction says it opens 1st of the month. I’ve completed that with the 100% bar.

Im then told to complete one of Engaging Players Introduction, online learning (engaging players) or webinar.

i did the engaging players intro, a short video and then a link to the forum, not sure it’s relevant but back on course menu underneath there’s no 100% it just says no criteria  

I then tried the online learning, when I click the first interactive module how to behave as a coach it says

Not available unless you are a member of the audience I2CF course into completed

I’ve gone back and forth but no joy , any ideas  thanks
