6-week training plan

Does anyone have a 6 or 8-week training plan they'd be able to share please? I have two age groups but this would most likely be for a large u11 team. 

I know this is the focus of the next FA webinar in September, but I was hoping to get going in AugustGrinning

Specifically, I'm wondering if people tend to use their plan to work through say dribbling / passing / shooting / defending etc. OR if you base it around the 6 capabilities, scanning / timing / movement etc.

I'm guessing it doesn't matter too much as long as you're covering the important stuff (and we'll address their individual development needs through the course of the season), but it would be useful to have a starting point.
