Into to coaching final test

I  have just completed my intro to coaching missed the live session but I did go back and register for the webinar. I am 80% complete but I am unable to attempt the finale test it just say you need to be a member of the group. Can someone please give me advice

    Similar situation. 80% complete. Week 4 is just assessment where it says Intro , weeks 1-3 and safeguarding and IFAIF are required.

    Playmaker was the pre-req and I have read on other FAQ that this covers safeguarding (it also included First Aid sections).
    Ticket and email has no response so I am in limbo on this.
    Can anyone confirm if Playmaker is sufficient to meet the assessment criteria and therefore it is a different issue I face?
