Same here, I go to click on the interactive video and it says the same thing it does for you so I can only return to the main menu and can't progress the course any further. Anyone got the solution?

Hi Gareth. Yes I did thanks, I logged out and cleared the cache. Went back in and the module was then accessible. Did you get it sorted too?
