Why do you play football? A question for every team

Motivation matters.

From meeting new people to mastering the Cryuff turn, we’re all into football for different reasons.

Now, think about your team: why do they play?

Might seem like a simple question, but the answer can mean the difference between a full session – and an empty one.

When you understand why your players turn up, you can create a session that meets their needs... and when you meet your players’ needs, they have more fun... and when your players have fun, they keep coming back.

What are you waiting for? Ask away.

If you can bring all those factors together (social, physical, emotions) and put them into a positive setting, then the rest will follow.

Skills are there at different levels for everyone i believe,  wether its being good on the ball, or a great talker or even just a great teammate.

But the younster must feel relaxed, comfortable, trusting and happy in their enviroment first to acheive this first.
