Does anyone have any advice or signposting on the transition from under 13 to under 14 for girls - bigger pitches, bigger goals, longer playing time etc

Hi, our under 13 girls team is moving up to the under 14 league and this means bigger pitch, longer playing time, bigger goal etc. They need to be stronger, fitter and learn new techniques to adapt to the playing changes. Fitness we are fine with but any advice on new skills or session ideas much appreciated. Thanks. Nick
