Hi Rob, what company did you use please? I am looking to get the notebook printed out too as I want to start getting something written down for my training sessions and matches before I start my course in May this year.

Sorry I can't remember. I went to order something else and had deleted the email from the order and for the life of me I can't remember. 

I only got the technical guide printed as a book in the end.

They give us a coaches handbook on the course so I decided to wait for that and in the meantime I've printed out the pdf of the coaches handbook session planners on A4.

Same reasons as you wanted to use the learning I've done and the technical manual to plan sessions and keep a record now. I decided to have them separated on A4 print outs would suit me better until I got a manual and had sat through g the theory parts of the course.
