Safeguarding children course

I have a question regarding the Safeguarding Children course as part of the Introduction to Coaching Football. When I signed up, 2 safeguarding courses appeared on the screen and there was a message to say that one had been revised and I would be undertaking the newer version. I have completed this and received my certificate but on the ITCF screen it is not showing as complete and there is still the older Safeguarding course showing. If I click the link, it takes me to the new version that I've already completed. Will this be removed so I can complete my coaching course?

Hiya - completing the new course will not affect your overall completion of the I2CF. Although both courses are showing, completing either of the courses will complete the Safeguarding criteria.Hope that helps

Hi Tim,

I have had the same issue as Paul, I have the certificate but the old course still shows and doesnt appear to register the completion as part of the full course.

I think the issue is even though the new course is completed it doesnt update the 'pitch' view of progress and this looks to be stopping general progress through the I2CF course.

Same issue for me. The whole course dashboard seems 'buggy' like the issue if many members not being able to access the learning journal and coaching community
