Tips for a fresh new coach to succeed in his future and how to publish and develop on coaching fundamental skills ? In addition i might coach in a local amateur league which means its 2-3 hours of trainning per day. Please give me tips abd details on everything i need to consider especially at this fundamental begin.

To be clear, in my area , they will probably make me assistant coach under 12 or so . Then i would be main coach in the future while i will start coaching older squads.
