Hey Pablo, sorry for the late reply - I was going to see if anyone else responded as I was intrigued myself. I would recommend some high energy but easily digestible food at half time, to give them a boost. A bit of fruit may be a good idea. That's certainly what we did when I played. But I would be interested to see what others think.
