Post match team talk - what do you say?

After a match (u13 girls) my inclination is to say a quick positive well done, give individual praise and let my team socialise which they love. Coaching points can wait until training.

I also apply the rule 'don't discuss the game in the car on the way home unless the player starts the conversation'.

But I often see teams quite formally get together after a game for a while whilst the coach is talking.

Do you do a post match talk and what do you say? What can we as coaches say post match that will benefit players?
