What are grassroot club doing to ensure the standards and expectations of their coaches are being set and met? How are clubs developing their coaches?

Hi Daniel, a great question. This is where clubs plans as part of England Football accreditation (https://www.englandfootball.com/run/leagues-and-clubs/england-football-accreditation) comes in, so that clubs have done the thinking and have processes in place around developing their coaches. For example, some clubs have a senior coach, others have informal club mentoring.
