Coaching badges and Promotion to a tier unqualified in

Hi guys, hope all is well.

I am currently going through my badges, and my local team have interested me in a role, only problem is (I think) they are 3 promotions from League 2 football.

Given the experience/time in a coaching position needed to progress onto the next badges, looking at what could happen, what would happen if I got them to League 2, and I wasn't yet a UEFA A Licensed coach? As that's the requirement for professional leagues (not including top tier, Premier League)

Any information/advice would be great. I do want to do it locally, and stay there for the long haul. But I'm hoping what I explained above isn't a hurdle that could halt it.

    Hi Shane,

    I think you would be required as part of the EPPP to be working towards the qualification, but this wouldn't halt your progression in the role. So you wouldn't need to step down from any responsibility and would just have to look at booking onto a UEFA A course when you got the chance to do so.

    Ah wicked mate, thank you. 

    So regardless what Level I was at, and somehow got them into a league I am more than 1 level under qualified for, I wouldn't have to step down? Just proof I am working towards it? 

    So I could be doing UEFA B for example, but need UEFA A, and still be okay as I am working towards it?
