I run a summer fitness and fun training session through June and into July. Multiple age groups are welcome. I make it clearly different from formal training, so they don't feel obligated to attend. It is beneficial for those players who don't have a summer sport like cricket, to keep their activity levels up. It also helps the coach to keep fit...ha.
