With players returning to training and playing games what are your main priorities with your players and how are you going to apply these ideas practically?

Depends on the age group. What I did was have a look and the long term development model for my age group and go from there. I coach U11 (So 11-16 LDP model) and so the priorities are still having fun and developing skill through games where possible, this keeps them engaged. From there I've started also adding in the layers of understanding attacking and defensive principles and transitions as a group, whilst also continuing to improve individual technique through have individualised longterm development plans.
