Hi Coaches

Need some advice! I coach girls football u12s, we are looking to introduce streaming for next season. At present we have 2 teams in the same league, one which is bottom! The other which is in the top 3.

The teams are balanced, but both also have girls who are struggling in the top division.

How would you approach the streaming idea to parents, and the girls? Any threads ot articles you have read, or any advice?
