Could someone point me in the direction for latest laws / rules for both U9s (mixed) and u11s (girls).
I was at a meeting Wednesday and was told about the 5 goals difference rule, which I'd not read about before.

Some leagues operate the Power Play rule and some do not. I have attached a PDF of the 12 Rules but I don't think these are in use in all youth grassroots leagues.
I would also expect that the U9s mixed and U11 girls leagues have different rules around KO times etc.
Your best option would be to contact your club secretary and get them to send you your local leagues rulebook or ask the league secretary to send it to them. The leagues rule book may also be on their Full-Time league page??
