Any advice on how to get support for the Matchday app?

I've been working hard to get the Matchday app set up for our club to use its full functionality (stats, availability, payments, etc). Our club secretary made an error in which paypal account was used to link with the club and we do not have the option of unlinking it. We submitted this issue via the grassroots technology support system on 11 August 2021 at 1:08pm and have not yet received any reply or help. This was three months ago now! The support ticket is #130904, I tried asking our county FA rep (who has been extremely helpful), but he has been unable to help with this as Matchday support lies with the national organisation. Does anyone have a more efficient way of resolving issues with changing linked paypal accounts? Or does anyone have any suggestions of better ways to get in touch with the people who can help? We would really like to be able to get this sorted!
