Parents

  • Early in my pathway ,it was parents . One important strategy is to get them involved positively with the team ,how we communicate on match days and how they can help and empower thier children when playing , but for this to work parents must try firstly to ask thier child do you want me cheering you on or do you want me to keep quite , dads giving tactical information before and after while in the car journeys , where some children just want to hear ,well done today great effort ? Educating parents is a must ,life is easier now
