coaching advice for a training session

I am doing a training session with the players tomorrow night, and I need to do some fitness work to help improve their fitness, and I just want to know if you have any ideas on how to make fitness drills enjoyable for the kids as they are all only 10? and I also want to know if you have any ideas on ways to work on team shape in the session as in are most recent game, the team shape wasn't good enough and we need to do some work on it, so I am wondering if you can give some good helpful drills to use that works on team shape?
