Template for team playing philosophy

Question

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could help me creating a team ethos, playing philosophy etc. Are there any templates to help me??

If you are still interested I can share mine too. We have a couple of points on how we like to play- in possession attack, out of possession- defence and each transition between the two. It is the transition that is as important. I coach U9's and wish we had this early on as it allows us to build the curriculum and learning goals around. Also educate parents and ensure that we are not just doing random training sessions based on someone seeing a YouTube video.
