Hi everyone, I am 37 years old and recently completed the BT Playmaker and Talent Identification Courses, I am now just waiting for the next stages to become available and committed to learning and developing my knowledge further. My question is, does anyone have any advice for a newcomer into coaching with no experience as to how I can gain experience coaching i.e. any websites or contacts who can point me in the right direction. Also while waiting for the coaching/talent identification courses to restart is there any material out there podcasts, books etc that will help develop my understanding of coaching in football?
